Finally exams are over
although i noe results is gonna be bad, i still dun wish to think bout it.

Seriously, it took me some time to figure out how to post.
because, i got LOTS to post about.
Basically is all bout my love ones =)
Past few wks ago, celebrated Sis 18th birthday at La Fondue @ Dempsey
Pei sis to buy her birthday present.
Cannon550D at Vivo.
The Salesman is a lucky guy.
We were decided on which camera to buy, and he just conveniently walked over and asked whether we needed help.
and we just asked him to get us the 550D, he went back to his colleagues thr, and everybody started patting his shoulder and looking at us...hahaha.
Lucky right?!
So easy can get commission liao.
But we nearly made his heart drop.
When its our turn to settle our bill, the NETS machine showed 'Daily amount exceeded'.
Sis and i looked at each other, asking 'How?'
HAHHAHA.
end up we told them we go withdraw money and come back later.
For a moment, i tink the sales person abit sian sian.keke.
End up we still bought the camera =)

After Vivo, rushed home to fetch Mom and bro for birthday dinner.
Its Swiss cuisine i guess.
All the cheese fondue.
Gosh.so fattening.
Salads.

Mummy was kinda disappointed.
coz years ago, she went to eat also swiss cuisine with her friends, but later on, the shifted to duno whr...so she thought this would be the same one.
End up its not.Haha.
We ordered the type of meats we wanted, and we have to dip it into this oil thingy..duno what's tt.haha
Overall was so-so onli.
Love the beef, super nice!!
Oh, Did i mention that, we are the onli customer at the whole restaurant.
I think its the location problem.
its located behind Long Beach, which is troublesome to find.
After dinner, we walked around Dempsey.
headed to Ben & Jerry for ice cream =))

went there once before, restaurant with a realli nice ambience.
and sis mentioned bout it, so decided to go thr Daddy's birthday dinner =)

2nd - Cold Dishes
Smoked Duck breast on bed of greens with cranberry vanetta
Mine =) Sashimi platter.
It realli melts in your mouth.
Strictly NO kidding!!
Beef tataki with shaved parmesan and truffle mayo mosaic
ordered by bro.
Its crispy, but base is the normal one.
Super yummy!!
King crab claw salad drizzled with sesame vinaigrette

3rd - Side Dishes
Tempura battled soft shell crab on galette of mash.
Gratinated Escargots tapped with yuzu butter.
I ate this...SNAILS!!
with the cheese/butter, SUPER delicious!
Foie Gras chawamushi topped with black truffle slice
4th - Soups
I tell you...this is HEAVEN!!!
Infusion of cepes mushroom and truffle.
The mushroom soup is the best i've ever drank.
and tt black thing on the spoon is the small slice of truffle.hahha
Crab bisque
Sis said it was not veri nice.
5th -Main course
Herbs-braised lamb shank
Bro ordered this, the meat is soft, nt like what i ate outside which is tough.

Beef tenderloin on 'pu-ye & granite hit stone
The leaf is said to bring out the beef essentials.hahha
and stones is to retain the taste.
Mummy's favourite.
Baked Atlantic Cod fillet of puff pastry.
I like the presentation of this.
